Local First Responders Recognized

Area First Responders enjoyed an Appreciation Breakfast hosted by the Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce on October 28. Congressman Greg Steube delivered a message via video and letters were displayed from Senator Rick Scott, Governor Ron DeSantis and Senator Joe Gruters thanking the First Responders for their service. SKY Volleyball Earns Perfect Season
The SKY Academy Englewood Girls Volleyball finished with a perfect 14-0 season, and then won the season-ending tournament by first beating SKY Academy Venice and then Student Leadership Academy from Sarasota.
