On September 2nd, community and Sarasota County officials held the Dearborn Street Plaza official groundbreaking and preliminary work has already begun to upgrade the Plaza, the site of farmers market, festivals, and other special events. When completed, the Plaza will have a permanent bandshell stage, restrooms, concrete walkways, lighting, and landscaping. As I gear up for the Emmys, and what I hope and presume will be a banner night for Ted Lasso (Season two, on Apple TV now), I thought I’d try out a few new series and give another Emmy contender a second chance.
