Nola's Notes
Suncoast Humane Society has kicked off its “Clear the Shelters” Adoption Drive. There are currently 80 dogs and 65 cats waiting for new homes, plus bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets and other small critters. The phase, “Raining Cats & Dogs,” applies to SHS which is experiencing a heavy downpour of cat and dog admissions. During the month of August, there is a special adoption fee of just $10 for all cats and dogs. Stop by the Adoption Center at 6781 San Casa Drive or look online at humane.org. Your new best friend may be waiting for you! Here, Lucy has been patiently waiting for her forever home since May.
