Tai Chi Returns
Tai Chi Classes resume on Friday, September 10 at Christ Lutheran Church, 701 N. Indiana Avenue. Beginner classes will meet on Fridays, 10 to 11am. Tai Chi movements can boost immunity, improve muscle strength, balance, and flexibility, while also reducg stress and lowering blood pressure.
